Clark is pleased to offer townhouse style apartments for Clark graduate students in partnership with Worcester State University at nearby Chandler Village. Approximately 75 Clark graduate students will live in Chandler Village in apartments with other Clark students. Apartments house 4, 8, 9, 10, or 11 people. Each apartment has a kitchen and common area. Bedrooms are designed for 1 or 2 people. Apartments that house 4 people have 1 shared living area and 1 shared bathroom. Apartments that housing 8-11 people have 2 shared living areas and 2 shared bathrooms. 

A laundry room is centrally located within each complex. Chandler Village has a full-time, live-in, professional residence director and dedicated housing complex manager, the equivalent of a graduate resident adviser, to support community building amongst Clark graduate students.

Graduate students with cars should purchase a commuter decal from Clark University Police.

When picking up their decal, a Worcester State parking permit will be provided free of charge.

Graduate students are not required to be on a meal plan since their townhome comes with a full kitchen.

Students looking to obtain a meal plan can choose between Clark University dining plan options and Worcester State dining plan options.

 

Graduate students have access to Worcester State University’s library and recreational facilities as a part of living in Chandler Village.
