General Counsel

The Office of General Counsel (OGC) serves as Clark’s in-house legal team. The office provides advice and services to employees, trustees, affiliated entities, and student leadership groups in the performance of their official capacities carrying out university-related duties. Collaboration and collegiality are core tenants of the office.
