What I do…

I lead a talented team of professionals in career development, employer/recruiting and alumni engagement.  I focus on making sure students have access to people, resources and experiences in support of their career exploration and preparation so they have the skills necessary to acquire the positions they desire. I work to develop strategic relationships with both internal and external partners to build a portfolio of mutually beneficial opportunities.  I also represent the Career Connections Center to a broad range of constituents and work collaboratively across the campus to ensure that career services are aligned with the academic and educational priorities of the University.

I direct the external relations team to develop value added connections with employers, alumni and parents in support of student’s professional and career exploration, and help students secure opportunities with national and global employers. I also collaborate with the Graduate School of Management, IDCE and the School of Professional Studies and keep the pulse on industry trends in workforce development.

What I do…

I help students find funding for experiential opportunities including research, special projects, and internships. I also advise on the application process for many of Clark’s different funding opportunities. In addition, I create systems to track student participation, completion of requirements, and outcomes for these funding sources. I am also an advisor for SURJ – the Scholarly Undergraduate Research Journal.
