These masterclasses, delivered as short online courses, will provide undergraduate students an unparalleled opportunity to learn from individuals who are shaping the world today.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUnconventional Masterclass is a very special addition to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/academics\/the-clark-experience\/\">The Clark Experience<\/a> and a real point of distinction for the University,\u201d says Dean of the College Laurie Ross. \u201cOur students will have access to, and be mentored by, leading thinkers and practitioners who have found success and fulfillment in a range of career and life paths. The fact that this program, with its remarkable roster of accomplished, innovative leaders, is unique to Clark University is, frankly, pretty amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following is a sampling of some of the leaders with whom Unconventional Masterclass participants will engage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Panera founder Ron Shaich \u201976, who will offer effective strategies for remaining focused, disciplined, and productive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Sarah Williams \u201997, director of the Leventhal Center of Advanced Urbanism at MIT, who will reveal how to transform complex information into compelling visual stories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Alex Amouyel, president and CEO of Newman\u2019s Own Foundation, who will discuss ways to design your life for meaning and impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);line-height:1.5\">Jennifer Ottinger \u201994, chief operating officer, Portfolio Management Group, Black Rock, who will advise on how to solve complex problems and have influence in global organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matt Goldman \u201983, MBA \u201984, co-founder of Blue Man Group, who will explore the concept of creativity as a core life skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other leaders will provide insight and instruction into AI fluency, finance and capital literacy, product innovation, and purposeful philanthropy, among many other relevant and compelling topics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program will launch with a series of classes in the fall semester, with additional classes added each semester. Also during each semester, at least one of the leaders will come to class for an in-person learning experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFrom Unconventional Masterclass to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/academics\/the-clark-experience\/\">ePortfolio<\/a>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/academics\/accelerated-degrees\/degree-in-3\/\">Clark Degree in
