To give students a respite from work, campus offices have organized a host of \u201cFeel Good Finals\u201d events, from meditation and strength training to building with Legos and everybody\u2019s favorite study break, Late-Night Breakfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sponsoring offices and departments include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/offices\/student-programming\/\">Student Leadership and Programming<\/a> (SLP), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/offices\/wellness-education\/\">Wellness Education<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/events\/sponsor\/student-activities-board\/\">the Student Activities Board<\/a> (SAB), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/offices\/counseling\/\">the Center for Counseling and Personal Growth<\/a> (CPG), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/offices\/identity\/\">the Office of Identity, Student Engagement, and Access<\/a> (ISEA), <a href=\"https:\/\/clarku.campuslabs.com\/engage\/organization\/studentcouncil\">the Clark Undergraduate Student Council<\/a> (CUSC), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/care\/\">the CARE Network<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/offices\/career-connections-center\/\">the Career Connections Center<\/a> (CCC), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/offices\/student-employment\/\">the Office of Student Employment<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday, April 28, students can participate in <a href=\"\/engage.clarku.edu\/event\/11265106\">SLP\u2019s Feel Good Finals Games and Giveaways<\/a> on Red Square from noon to 2 p.m.; hang out at <a href=\"\/engage.clarku.edu\/event\/11267608\">SAB\u2019s Relaxation Day<\/a> in the Academic Commons from 1 to 3 p.m.; take an introduction to strength training class at 6 p.m. in the Bickman Multipurpose Room; or follow the traveling cereal bar, which will be in the Maywood Hall first-floor kitchen and the Johnson Sanford Center 2W kitchen at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday, April 29, begins with a burst of energy from the Coffee Cabin at Atwood Plaza at 9 a.m. Students can pick up a grab-and-go de-stress pack at the First Year Success Advisor conference room in the Academic Commons at 9 a.m.; make their own trail mix at <a href=\"\/engage.clarku.edu\/event\/11263347\">Find Your Fuel<\/a> from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Center for Counseling and Personal Growth; and paint with ISEA during <a href=\"https:\/\/engage.clarku.edu\/event\/11268718\">Brush Off the Stress<\/a> from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Dana Fireside Lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/Late-Night-Breakfast-46-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"donuts\" class=\"wp-image-17648\" style=\"width:381px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/Late-Night-Breakfast-46-1024x683-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/Late-Night-Breakfast-46-1024x683-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/Late-Night-Breakfast-46-1024x683-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo by Collin Hamilton &#8217;27<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The beloved campus tradition of <a href=\"https:\/\/engage.clarku.edu\/event\/11268077\">Late Night Breakfast<\/a> is Tuesday night, and Clarkies can look forward to being served eggs, bacon, and more by campus staff and administrators from 10:30 p.m. to midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wednesday, April 30, starts with Gentle Flow Yoga in the Bickman Multipurpose Room at 9 a.m., followed by crafting and goodie bags in the ASEC Lobby with the CCC and the Office of Student Employment at 10:30 a.m. De-stress in a creative way during <a href=\"https:\/\/engage.clarku.edu\/event\/11271957\">Letting Go With LEGO<\/a>, hosted by the CARE Network and Wellness Education, from 11 to 12:30 p.m. in ASEC 111.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wednesday afternoon brings <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DIuFpO0PzZg\/?img_index=6\">Love Letters for Literacy Kits<\/a>, where Clarkies can assemble literacy kits to help Worcester preschool students learn their ABCs at 1 p.m. in the Grind. The evening wraps up with another round of the traveling cereal bar, this time in the Dana Hall first-floor kitchen and the Wright Hall third-floor kitchen at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Thursday, May 1, there\u2019s an all-day Slow Down Study Break featuring board games on the second floor of the Goddard Library. Finding Your Purpose yoga and Q&amp;A with Dean Kamala Kiem begins at 11 a.m. (location still to be determined). The afternoon continues with <a href=\"https:\/\/engage.clarku.edu\/event\/11263251\">Keep Calm and Plant On<\/a>, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Center for Counseling and Personal Growth, and the evening features an introduction to strength training class at 6 p.m. in the Bickman Multipurpose Room, followed by Zumba at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel Good Finals wraps up on Friday, May 2, with another all-day Slow Down Study Break on the second floor of Goddard Library and Gentle Flow Yoga at 9 a.m. in the Bickman Multipurpose Room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kneller and Bickman pool and gym centers also feature open hours for all Clark students throughout the entire week.
