An opening reception will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 25, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.\r\n\r\nArtists in the exhibit include Joan Baldwin, Nina Bellucci, Joan Benotti, Jennifer Day, Jenna DeLuca, Matthew Dickey, Erin Diebboll, Gary Duehr, Kevin Frances, Jan Johnson, Kelly Anona Kerrigan, Carol McMahon, Evan Morse, Chelsea Revelle, Soha Saghazadeh, Brittany Severance and Dawn Southworth.\r\n\r\n“A few of these artists play on sentimental or cliché associations of home. Though the stories are often personal, the themes are universal,” Crocker said.\r\n\r\nThe exhibition is a juried show in response to an open call. It was curated and installed by students in ARTS 296 Gallery Culture and Practice<\/a>, a “Problems of Practice” course in which students explore opportunities to connect what they learn in the classroom with issues and matters faced by professionals working beyond the campus.\r\n\r\nAn artists’ reception will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16, from noon to 1 p.m. For more information, call 508-793-7349.<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
