What are some ways to harness inspiration and turn it into art, especially during turbulent times?<\/p>\n

Can you get fit and reduce stress without having to leave the house?<\/p>\n

The Clark Summer Series has taken a crack at answering all these questions with a roster of entertaining and informative webinars that are available for viewing on-demand<\/a>. Through these videos, participants have learned the struggles and joys of stand-up comedy<\/a> from Charles Gould ’07 (see video below), been given insight into the artist’s journey<\/a> by professors Toby Sisson and John Aylward, and were (gently) stretched to their limits in a yoga and meditation session<\/a> delivered by Erica Beachy, director of wellness education at Clark.<\/p>\n
