Community Life is TCBs place-based model that provides stable and healthy housing as a platform for residents and neighborhoods to address some of the most significant challenges facing low-income populations through six key practice areas: youth development, education, workforce development, health, asset building, and community engagement. Through engagement with property management and staff, health providers, and residents, this project will facilitate the efforts of TCB and its partners in understanding the connection between stable and healthy housing and trauma and gaps in mental health services, and recommend future steps for implementing TCB&#8217;s Worcester Beyond Healthcare program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Community Builders (TCB) is a nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable and mixed-income housing.
