Come to the Rare Book Room on the first floor of Goddard Library for your chance to examine some rare exhibited treasures from Archives and Special Collections, up close and personal.Students from this fall’s “Book in the Early Modern World” seminar will be on hand to share fascinating details about early printing, illustrations, bindings, typography, and other topics. This is a great opportunity to see (and, in some cases, to gently handle) some real rarities from the Jonas Clark collection.This will be a masked event in order to facilitate a close examination of the books.
