You can still contact us by emailing&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@clarku.edu\">HelpDesk@clarku.edu<\/a>.&nbsp; The new portal is simply an additional option available if you want more visibility into your requests or prefer to find answers on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-about-my-open-tickets\">What about my open tickets?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have an open ticket with the Help Desk, no action is required. Our team is still working hard on your behalf. During the transition, you may notice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New ticket numbers:<\/strong>&nbsp;Existing requests may be assigned a new ticket number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Updated email appearance<\/strong>: Emails from the Help Desk will look slightly different, but will still come from&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@clarku.edu\">HelpDesk@clarku.edu<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seamless continuity<\/strong>: You can continue to reply directly to Help Desk emails just as you always have.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why the change?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>This new system helps our team work more efficiently including by categorizing and routing your requests, ensuring that the right expert gets to your ticket as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fresh, New System.
