If you are looking for something not on the list, please contact the Help Desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Reserve\/Schedule Media Equipment<\/summary>\n<p>To reserve and schedule media equipment, please contact the Help Desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media Services will confirm all reservations via email once we enter them into our reservation system. This generally happens within one to three business days of a request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For reservations of equipment or services that involve staffing\/delivery\/software installation, we request two weeks&#8217; notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not require delivery, feel free to contact us with as little as one business day\u2019s notice. Assuming inventory availability we should be able to meet your needs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Curricular, recurring or long-term reservations<\/summary>\n<p>In cases where a faculty member requires or suggests that students make use of Media Services equipment to complete projects, we request that the faculty member give us advance notice so that we can ensure we have adequate resources available to accommodate potential needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of recurring requests for projector carts, we will first look to meet requests in one of the university\u2019s technology-equipped classrooms or teaching labs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Weather and our ability to deliver equipment<\/summary>\n<p>Weather and building conditions impact our ability to deliver equipment. If we are unable to meet your needs or accommodate your reservation, we will let you know as soon as possible and work with you as best we can to find an alternative solution.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group section is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pricing\">Pricing <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tier-explanations\">Tier Explanations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Tier 1<\/summary>\n<p>Tier 1 pricing is generally applied to equipment reserved by departments or offices at the University for educational or administrative functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The term \u201ceducational\u201d is generally understood to include services required for courses, course delivery and\/or directly related course activities.
