Please read these carefully, they are in place to ensure CUBBS communication is professional, effective and relevant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit your content using the button to the right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A moderator will review the submission and either post it as requested or contact you with questions or requests for edits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your content will be shown on the screens as requested\/agreed upon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This service is available to members of a registered student club\/organization, campus governance unit, academic unit, campus departments\/office, or University committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit requests&nbsp;<strong>at least three (3) business days<\/strong>&nbsp;prior to the display date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content may display for up to 14 days \u2013 exceptions may be granted in some instances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one message per event, promotion or activity is permitted; and depending on utilization, promotions may be limited to three at any one time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accuracy of information is the responsibility of the submitter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtaining permission to use images is the responsibility of the submitter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Messages will be reviewed for appropriateness and quality prior to posting on the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slides may not be intimidating, harassing, or defaming of a person, group, or identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poorly written or formatted slides will be returned for revision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Information Technology Services and University Marketing &amp; Communications reserve the right to address concerns or make suggestions related to CUBBS content in an effort to reinforce the brand and mission of the University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions, wish to withdraw a submission or change details for it, please email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cubbs@clarku.edu\">cubbs@clarku.edu<\/a>\u00a0with as much detail as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Tips to create effective slides for CUBBS<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column sidebar-right is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100 sidebar-right\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/clarku.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_a4vikZiYTjJXgDH\">submit content<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100 sidebar-right\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"mailto:cubbs@clarku.edu\">contact cubbs admin<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Sizing<\/summary>\n<p><strong>Slide Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The slideshow area for the CUBBS screen is a 16:9 aspect ratio, or the proportions of a standard widescreen PowerPoint presentation.
