Your Clark OneCard is your Clark ID and key to the campus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please see below for information on uploading your photo, receiving a replacement OneCard, where to use your OneCard, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your First OneCard<\/summary>\n

Step 1: Upload Your Photo<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you are a new student or a new member of the faculty or staff, please upload a picture of yourself using the link below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click here to go to Atrium Connect<\/a>.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the left, click on Student or Staff Login. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Upload Your Photo or Personalize on the left menu.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Follow the prompts to upload your photo. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    All submitted photos must be a close-up, color, face-forward picture (similar to a passport photo). The photo should not<\/strong> include hats, sunglasses, bandanas, inappropriate facial gestures, or hands near the face. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Receive your OneCard<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Once your photo has been submitted and approved: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    New Undergraduate & Graduate Students<\/strong>: Provided you have uploaded a picture, your OneCard will be available upon your arrival to campus when you arrive for Orientation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    New Faculty or Staff<\/strong>: After uploading your photo, you will receive an email within 3 business days with instructions for collecting your Card.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Replacing your OneCard<\/summary>\n

    Faculty\/Staff: <\/strong>Please email the Help Desk to request a replacement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Students: <\/strong>If you\u2019ve lost your OneCard, or you want your updated photo in CUWeb printed on your card, you will need to submit a replacement request. Click here to request a new OneCard<\/a>. Please note that a replacement fee of $25 may apply. Once submitted you will receive an email within one business day with instructions on pickup or additional instructions.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Your OneCard number<\/summary>\n

    Your OneCard number is your Clark University ID Number. It is used by administrative systems and departments as a unique way to identify you. The easiest way to find your OneCard number is by looking at your OneCard<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Your OneCard number is the first eight numbers printed on the front of your OneCard. The last two numbers simply represent the issuance number for your card. This gets updated if your card is lost and replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you don\u2019t yet have a physical OneCard, you can find your OneCard number in a few different places<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    New Students: <\/strong>You can find your OneCard number in Slate (your admissions portal). If you need help accessing Slate, you can contact your Admissions representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Returning Students: <\/strong>You can find your OneCard number in CUWeb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
