If you do not see an option to Upload Your Photo option, click on Personalize, and it will be on that list. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the prompts to upload your photo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All submitted photos must be a close-up, color, face-forward picture (similar to a passport photo). The photo should&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;include hats, sunglasses, bandanas, inappropriate facial gestures, or hands near the face.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How will my OneCard picture be used?<\/summary>\n<p>Your OneCard photo image will be used to produce your OneCard and may also be displayed in software used by Housing, Campus Police, Student Accounts, or to other Clark staff to verify your identity.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>My OneCard won\u2019t let me into an academic building\/residence hall\/specialist space.<\/summary>\n<p>Access to buildings\/spaces is controlled by various departments across campus based on your role at Clark and your access privileges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can\u2019t get access to a space that you believe you have access privileges to, please contact the Help Desk so we can check that you have the correct permissions. If you need additional privileges, we can point you in the direction of the correct department.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How do I find my ID number?<\/summary>\n<p>Your OneCard number is your Clark University ID Number. It is used by administrative systems and departments as a unique way to identify you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The easiest way to find your OneCard number is by looking at your OneCard!&nbsp;<\/strong>Your OneCard number is the first eight numbers printed on the front of your OneCard. The last two numbers simply represent the issuance number for your card. This gets updated if your card is lost and replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t yet have a physical OneCard, you can find your OneCard number in a few different places<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Students:&nbsp;<\/strong>You can find your OneCard number in Slate (your admissions portal). If you need help accessing Slate, you can contact your Admissions representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Returning Students:&nbsp;<\/strong>You can find your OneCard number in CUWeb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/you.clarku.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ClarkYou<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Main Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Registrar\u2019s Office, Student Account and Financial Aid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Student Records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your 8 digit OneCard Number is in the top right preceded by the letter C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Faculty\/Staff:&nbsp;<\/strong>You can find your OneCard number on your paystub in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/you.clarku.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CUWeb\/ClarkYou<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Where can I use my OneCard as payment?<\/summary>\n<p><strong>On Campus:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dining options \u2013 The Bistro, Higgins Cafeteria, Cougar Cafe, The Den<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/campus-store\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Campus Store<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/clarku.textbookx.com\/institutional\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Online Bookstore<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How do I deposit funds onto my OneCard?<\/summary>\n<p><strong>Online:&nbsp;<\/strong>Students (and family or friends who have access to their online payment module) can&nbsp;add to their cash balance by making a deposit through Atrium Connect. Deposits can be made using a credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Deposit Money on Your Cash Card<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into your email, then go to Atrium Connect &nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/connectclarku.atriumcampus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to go to Atrium Connect<\/a>)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Connect, click on Student &amp; Staff Login (top left)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you are logged in, click on Make a Cash Card Deposit on the left sidebar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the amount you would like to add, then click Continue to Payment at the bottom&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the required information, then click on Pay &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The funds should appear in your Atrium Connect account within minutes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>My OneCard was lost. How do I get a replacement card?&nbsp;<\/summary>\n<p>If your OneCard was lost, you must&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/secure.touchnet.net\/C20565_ustores\/web\/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCTID=139&amp;SINGLESTORE=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">purchase a replacement here<\/a>. Purchasing a replacement may be done with a credit or debit card. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not have a credit or debit card to purchase a replacement, please email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@clarku.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">helpdesk@clarku.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>My OneCard is damaged and is not working correctly. What should I do?<\/summary>\n<p>If your OneCard is damaged through normal use, please bring it to the Help Desk to have it checked. Once we verify that your card is malfunctioning or nonfunctional, we can print you a replacement card at that time. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cards that are damaged through misuse or deliberately damaged will not be replaced for free. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>My OneCard was stolen. What should I do, and how do I get a replacement card? &nbsp;<\/summary>\n<p>To receive a replacement for a stolen card, please bring a copy of the police report where you reported the card stolen to the Help Desk. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Will my new\/replacement card work immediately?<\/summary>\n<p>Newly printed cards will work immediately for Dining Hall access and purchases. It may take up to an hour for you to be able to access buildings, the parking garage, or printing services.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What if I find a lost OneCard?<\/summary>\n<p>Please drop it off at University Police on the ground floor of Bullock Hall.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>I\u2019m a remote student. Can I have a OneCard sent to me?<\/summary>\n<p>Unfortunately, OneCards cannot be mailed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>I want to punch a hole in my OneCard so I can carry it on my keychain\/a lanyard\/wear it as a fashion statement. What should I do? &nbsp;<\/summary>\n<p>You should not punch a hole in the OneCard. Punching a hole in the card can cause the card to malfuncticon or cease working entirely. Cards with holes punched in them that become nonfunctional will&nbsp;<strong>not&nbsp;<\/strong>be replaced for free. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can purchase a plastic ID holder to attach to a lanyard or keychain from the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/store.clarku.edu\/welcome-clark-campus-store\">Clark University Campus Store<\/a>, located on the first floor of ASEC.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-faq is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>I put my phone on a wireless charger, and I keep my OneCard in a holder on the back of my phone, or in between my phone and phone case. This won\u2019t cause any problems, right?<\/summary>\n<p>It will cause problems. Please do not put your OneCard near wireless chargers. Wireless chargers will activate the coil\/chip inside the card, eventually destroying the chip and rendering the card nonfunctional. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column sidebar-right is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div
