link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All benefit-eligible employees <strong>must take action<\/strong> during Open Enrollment.<br>If you do not complete your elections, your current benefits will end <strong>December 31, 2025<\/strong>, and you will not have coverage for 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why the Change?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clark University is introducing several new benefit options for 2026 and enhancing our enrollment process to ensure every employee reviews, updates, and confirms their benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This transition supports Clark\u2019s fiduciary responsibility to administer benefits accurately, equitably, and in compliance with federal and state regulations (including ERISA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requiring active enrollment helps ensure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each employee\u2019s choices are intentional and up to date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dependent and beneficiary information is accurate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) elections are renewed properly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees have the opportunity to review new 2026 plan options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open Enrollment Period:<\/strong> October 27 <strong>HSA-eligible medical plan<\/strong> option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enhanced dental plan<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standalone Vision coverage<\/strong> added for the first time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New voluntary benefits: <strong>Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident, and Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transition to <strong>Employee Navigator<\/strong> for paperless enrollment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Action Required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All employees must log in to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.employeenavigator.com\/benefits\/Account\/Register\">Employee Navigator<\/a><\/strong> to complete their elections \u2014 even if you plan to keep the same coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No elections will carry over automatically.<br>If you do not take action by <strong>November 10, 2025<\/strong>, your current health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits will end <strong>December 31, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Online Enrollment System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clark is moving away from paper forms to an online enrollment process using <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.employeenavigator.com\/benefits\/Account\/Register\">Employee Navigator<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this secure system, employees will be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review benefit elections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compare plan options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add or remove dependents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enroll in or update coverage for
