The University offers eight houses for undergraduate residence living and two for graduate students.\u00a0 Some are structured like small residence halls and others offer apartment-style living.\u00a0 Undergraduate Clark houses are grouped into three areas, each of which is supervised by an RA.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note because of the nearly endless variety of room sizes and shapes in the houses, we cannot provide specific or even general room dimensions. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Street & Woodland facilities<\/summary>\n

Located on the corner of Main Street and Woodland Street, these house offer a more independent apartment style living for upperclass and graduate students. The Main Street and Woodland Houses are located adjacent to Jefferson and Geography academic buildings and a short walk from the center of campus. Each house is layed out slightly different with apartments ranging from three person to six person apartment in a mix of single and double rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each apartment includes a shared kitchen space and one bathroom. There are laundry facilities located in 157 Woodland, 914 Main Street, and 926 Main Street, which are free and accessible to all residential students living in 157 Woodland, 914 Main, 926 Main, 930 Main, and 934 Main. The Main Street and Woodland Houses also offer high speed internet service (wired and wireless).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maywood Houses facilities<\/summary>\n

Located on Maywood Street and offers a more independent apartment style living for upperclass students. The Maywood Houses are located on the south side of campus adjacent to Blackstone Hall and the Lasry Center for Bioscience. Each house is laid out slightly different with 1, 3, and 21 Maywood designed as more traditional apartment style and 23 Maywood designed as a small residence hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the exception of 23 Maywood, each apartment includes a shared kitchen, common space, as well as 1 bathroom. The second and third floor of 23 Maywood share a common kitchen located on the second floor. There are laundry facilities located in each house and are free to all residential students. The Maywood Houses also offer high speed internet service (wired and wireless).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gender inclusive bathroom information<\/summary>\n

Private bathrooms and showers are in each house or apartment. The number of toilets and showers depend on the number of students in a given house or apartment. There are no public bathrooms.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
