Policies and Procedures

As part of its Healthy Clark COVID Plan, Clark University has established policies and procedures for accessing buildings through Feb. 21, 2021.

7 days a week, 7:45 a.m. to 11 p.m., doors locked (community card swipe access), Goddard floor 1, Academic Commons

Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Goddard floors 2-5 will be open.

These floors will be closed all other times.

Authorized access only

Doors locked and card-accessible to all community members with a valid Clark ID

Doors locked and card-accessible only by authorized individuals

Notes:

  • Community Swipe = anyone with a current ClarkU OneCard/ID
  • Academic Buildings = Carlson Hall, Dana Commons, Estabrook Hall, Geography Building, Jefferson Academic Center, Jonas Clark Hall, Lasry Center, Little Center, Math/Physics Building, Sackler Sciences Center, and Traina Center
  • Faculty and staff needing access to their buildings outside of community swipe or open times may request building access through their department administrators, who will coordinate with University Police. Previously granted permissions will remain in effect and it is not necessary to request additional access.
  • Any building not referenced above is locked with authorized access only.
