Under the fee-for-service arrangement, graduate students are billed for each office visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hours and appointments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Health Services is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., during the academic year. During the Winter and Summer breaks limited patient care hours will be available.&nbsp; When the University is closed, Health Service is closed.&nbsp; Please call us at <strong>1-508-793-7467<\/strong> to schedule an appointment.&nbsp; We do our best to accommodate all patients\u2019 scheduling needs.&nbsp; Typically, patients are seen within 1-2 business days, with many patients being seen same day!&nbsp; Friends may not accompany you into Health Services during your visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group boxout has-light-warm-gray-background-color has-background is-content-justification-left is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-12dd3699 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medical emergencies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s important to plan ahead for medical emergencies on campus. If you have a Medical Emergency and you are on campus, contact Campus Police at <strong>1-508-793-7575<\/strong>. If you are off campus, <strong>call 911<\/strong>. Every day, physicians affiliated with the major teaching hospitals in the Worcester area are present in Health Services. If it\u2019s not an emergency, you can usually schedule an appointment within 24 hours.
