Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All Coverdell Fellows complete an internship (150 hours) supporting an underserved American community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent Coverdell fellows have had internships at the U.S. Agency for International Development, the city of Worcester, and many local nonprofit organizations, such as African Community Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internships related to the fellow\u2019s field of study may receive academic credit toward degree requirements. Many Fellows serve as Course Assistants and\/or provide guest lectures on their volunteer experiences for undergraduates considering a future in the Peace Corps through Clark&#8217;s Peace Corps Prep program.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n            <\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group section is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-frequently-asked-questions\">Frequently Asked Questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-style-info is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Application fees are waived for RPCVs<\/summary>\n<p>While filling out the online application, select \u201cYes\u201d from the drop-down menu when asked, \u201cDo you have an affiliation with a Clark recognized partnership organization? (Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, Fulbright, Beta Gamma Sigma, etc.)\u201c. Under the \u201cPlease Specify\u201d box, select \u201cCoverdell Fellowship\u201d.
