This platform serves as an interactive forum for users of the TerrSet system, offering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A&nbsp;knowledge base&nbsp;featuring FAQs and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A space to&nbsp;ask questions,&nbsp;share insights, and&nbsp;collaborate&nbsp;with other users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Support Center also provides access to submit technical support tickets related to routine inquiries\u2014such as those regarding installation or software errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before You Contact Technical Support&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make sure you are running the latest version of TerrSet&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We strongly recommend that you update to the latest version, TerrSet liberaGIS, unless you are using Ecosystems Modeler, GStat or Climate Change Adaptation Modeler (modules that have been removed).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We maintain free Service Updates accessible from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/geospatial-analytics\/terrset\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download<\/a> page. Make sure you are current with the latest update. Verify by checking your version number in the Service Update. Check if the problem still exists after you complete the update. Service Updates also provide updates for older versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check the Help System for notes on specific modules&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are experiencing a technical problem with a specific module, or you are receiving unexpected results, the solution may be found in the software\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/geospatial-analytics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/117\/TerrSet-2020-Help-System.zip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Help System<\/a>. Check the Help System entry for the module you are running, particularly the Notes section, for information on data requirements, module limitations and technical notes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you prepare to <a href=\"https:\/\/forums.clarklabs.org\/hc\/en-us\/requests\/new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">submit a ticket request<\/a>, please include the following in the description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The name and version number of the product you are using.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using a licensed version: If you have a license issue, include your license number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of your hardware and operating system, including the amount of disk space on your working drives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. This should include a list and description of the data sets involved, a description of the operation you are trying to accomplish, and a step-by-step description of what you have tried thus far (including the specific values you entered into the module\u2019s dialog box).
