However, they can become the major reason of procrastination themselves. Most of today\\u2019s self-regulation techniques are aimed to prevent individuals from participating in such activities, but those methods deprive people from the possibly useful emotional reward. We hypothesize that people who cut on their favorite leisures tend to procrastinate more than individuals who still engage in those but know when to stop. We assume that the best point to stop is after achieving an earlier planned goal, since in that moment our dopamine levels tend to drop. For the experiment, we are going to measure self-control and procrastinating behavior in four groups: one, deprived from its favorite leisures, one, interrupted in the middle of the game, one,
