His research in healthcare analytics centers around the utilization of AI and machine learning algorithms to facilitate the decision-making process of healthcare providers by creating patient-specific risk categories and developing decision support system tools. Abdullah&#8217;s research has earned recognition in esteemed journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Annals of Operations Research, and Advances in Data Analysis and Classification, among others. He holds both a Master&#8217;s and Doctorate degree in Applied Statistics, both of which he earned from the Department of Information Systems, Statistics, and Management Science at the University of Alabama.
