Haddock, M.Ed., Ph.D. serves as the Director of Behavioral Health Initiatives and Programs at the Mosakowski Institute for Public Enterprise (MIPE) at Clark University. MIPE is focused on creating an integrated behavioral health system of care that promotes social-emotional learning (SEL) and fosters resiliency among adolescents and young adults. To accomplish this, the MIPE team is innovating in the creation and delivery of technology-enabled behavioral health services responsive to the needs of youth and their families and communities. In his role, Dr. Haddock oversees institute initiatives and designs, implements, and evaluates behavioral health programs and technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dr. Haddock has worked in school and community settings as a teacher, psychologist, program evaluator, and consultant. Dr. Haddock\u2019s areas of expertise include SEL, child and adolescent behavioral health, and school-based prevention and intervention. By linking his extensive experience in multi-tiered systems of support, program evaluation, academic achievement, and education policy directly to issues of social justice and education, Dr. Haddock leverages the reciprocal relationship between research and practice to promote positive outcomes for all youth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dr. Haddock received his doctorate degree in Counseling, Clinical, and School Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) and completed his clinical internship at Yale University. He is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). Dr. Haddock also holds a M.A. in School Psychology from UCSB, a M.Ed. and Teaching Credential from Antioch University, and a M.A. in Liberal Studies: Modern European Studies from Columbia University.
