DESCRIPTION:Join Company One Theatre and The Clark Black Alumni Association for a special reception and performance of “can i touch it?” by Francisca Da Silveira. Directed by Summer L. Williams ’01. \n \nFounded by six Clarkies\, Company One Theatre is proud to invite you to see “can i touch it?\,” by Boston’s own Francisca Da Silveira. The play features a main character who faces racial inequity\, social exclusion\, and Black hair politics as a business owner\, single mom\, and community leader. “can i touch it?” embodies Company One’s mission to build community at the intersection of art and social change\, and its vision of a Boston defined by justice\, equity\, and artistic innovation. \nPrior to the performance\, mingle with fellow alumni and meet the Director\, Summer L.
