Career design is a creative process that helps you envision a career in which your personality, preferences, passions and values are at the forefront of the decision-making process. It’s not only a way to learn about potential career paths, but to also learn more about yourself. Once you’ve completed the process, you’ll be ready—and excited—to work your way towards a future that allows you to be the best possible version of yourself.
