Some staff positions are covered by a labor agreement. In such cases certain policies and procedures may be different and are determined by the specific labor agreement. Staff members holding such jobs should obtain a copy of the labor agreement from their union steward to determine those differences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenured\/Tenure Track Faculty should review the Faculty Handbook, Faculty Benefits, and the University Statutes for additional information about the terms and conditions of their employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neither this handbook nor any other verbal or written communication by a management representative is, nor should it be construed as an agreement, contract of employment, express or implied, or a promise of treatment in any particular manner in any given situation, nor does it confer any contractual rights whatsoever.
