While Clark University may choose to follow a progressive sequence of warnings, it is not required to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Discipline will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Clark University maintains the right to determine the appropriate response to any violation of policy or performance standard, up to and including immediate termination, without prior notice or previous disciplinary action. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit Clark Universities right to terminate employment at-will at any time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
