At this point, the National Weather Service is predicting that snowfall will begin in the Worcester region mid-day tomorrow (Sunday) and continue through early morning on Monday. Estimates have fluctuated and vary widely but remain in the range of 10\u201d \u2013 18\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an update to the communication yesterday in which we addressed general plans and steps everyone can take to be prepared, we wanted to share that the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worcesterma.gov\/streets\/winter-weather\/winter-parking\">City of Worcester has implemented a parking ban<\/a>&nbsp;on city streets. The ban will be going into effect at 1:00 a.m. tomorrow (Sunday). Under the ban, no parking is allowed on main arteries, emergency and bus routes, and downtown critical streets. On other streets, parking only is allowed on odd-numbered side unless posted otherwise. Vehicles parked in violation of the ban will be towed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A reminder for faculty, staff, and students to be sure you are signed up to receive Clark Alerts via text by sharing your contact information via ClarkYOU. Also, we have&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/emergency\/weather\/\">activated our emergency inclement weather page<\/a>&nbsp;on ClarkU.edu and will share updates there if\/as necessary, as well as via the University\u2019s social media channels (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ClarkUniversityWorcester\">Facebook<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/clarkuniversity\/\">Instagram<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/clarkuniversity\">X<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, as we shared with our residential students yesterday, dining services has shifted operations for Sunday. The Table at Higgins will be open from 10 a.m. \u2013 8 p.m. The Bistro and the Cougar Caf\u00e9 will be closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An update to the
