{"id":373,"date":"2021-04-21T13:26:10","date_gmt":"2021-04-21T17:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.golive.clarku.edu\/becker-school-of-design-and-technology\/2025\/01\/06\/bsdts-fall-art-contest-showcases-clark-talent\/"},"modified":"2025-01-06T13:45:22","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T18:45:22","slug":"bsdts-fall-art-contest-showcases-clark-talent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/design-technology\/2021\/04\/21\/bsdts-fall-art-contest-showcases-clark-talent\/","title":{"rendered":"BSDT\u2019s Fall Art Contest Showcases Clark Talent"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Becker School of Design &amp; Technology held its annual Fall Art Contest \u2014 open to all Clark students \u2014 and the jury was extremely pleased with the number and quality of submissions this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Each year, the categories vary slightly, and this year we decided to open it to three categories rather than just one or two \u2014 character art, environmental\/object art, and concept art.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With more than 70 outstanding submissions, choosing the top three for each of the categories was extremely challenging. The jury selected the top three for each, and the final winner was determined by popular vote.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;The first-place winner received $100; second place received $50.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations to this year&#8217;s winners.
