Study thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — and make connections.

As a psychology major at Clark, you’ll be trained to deal with real-world problems and to make a difference in the lives of the people you study. Our program emphasizes inquiry-based work that orients knowledge and inquiry to how it can be put to use. You’ll be prepared to work collectively, often on hands-on projects, and also to work closely with graduate students as members of faculty-led research teams.

Numerous visiting (and often internationally renowned) scholars are present in the department every year, actively participating in research teams and in intellectual gatherings in which the scholarly integration in the department takes place.
