Rachel’s Table

This food‑rescue program relies on community members to transport surplus food from donors to shelters and meal sites using their own vehicles. Others help coordinate pickups and deliveries remotely by managing logistics over the phone. Students can also take on leadership roles by organizing food drives, raising awareness, and recruiting peers to support hunger‑relief efforts.
