Girls Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts
Girl Scouts offers flexible adult volunteering roles tailored to match diverse schedules, skill sets, and interest levels. Volunteers can step into direct leadership roles as troop leaders, guiding youth through regular meetings, skill-building activities, and team projects. For those interested in specialized tasks, short-term seasonal roles are available to coordinate local product and cookie programs. Additionally, flexible support options allow volunteers to assist behind the scenes, assist with event supervision, or contribute through local community support networks.
