Eric Bloom, School of Professional Studies faculty member, presented “Working on a Virtual Team,” the fourth webinar in the series “Staying Effective in Uncertain Times.” The session featured practical tips and techniques to assist in communicating effectively, maximize productivity, and deliver superior results while working virtually.
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, most employees are working from home, which can present unique challenges to the workday. Participants were provided tips on using virtual technologies, creating a productive home office environment, maximizing personal energy, work profile requirements, and forming a positive health/life balance.
