SPS faculty member David Hofstetter presents “The Importance of Communication During Uncertain Times.” Hofstetter reviews successful tools and methods to engage and build trust with team members, and to keep them engaged. This is the third webinar in the SPS Talks series “Staying Effective in Uncertain Times.”
In a new world where everyone is suffering from zoom burnout and mixed messages, communication has become more important than ever. Hofstetter reviewed successful tools and methods to engage and build trust with team members, and to keep them engaged. Participants shared ideas and strategies about how they communicate, how they would like to be communicated with, and what works in this new normal.
One major takeaway — to communicate effectively we need to recognize that everyone perceives the world differently and communication styles should be adjusted accordingly.
