School of Professional Studies faculty member David Hofstetter presented “Organizational Agility,” the fifth webinar in the series “Staying Effective in Uncertain Times.” The session examined how and why organizations need to be agile when facing challenging events.
Hofstetter provided knowledge, strategy, and tips on defining agility — the ability of an organization to rapidly respond to change in the internal and external environment without losing momentum or vision — as well as creating a plan to develop and implement the concept. The agile mindset allows organizations to turn disruptive situations, like the current COVID-19 crisis, into opportunities to create and drive positive change.
