Sunita Phuyal is a PhD student at the Graduate School of Geography, Clark University. Before joining Clark, she served as an Environment Officer with the Government of Nepal. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), both from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
Her research focuses on the spatial analysis of drought, climate variability, air pollution, and environmental justice, with an emphasis on using geospatial tools and interdisciplinary approaches to inform equitable environmental policy and adaptation strategies.
