Dr. Zhang has played a pivotal role in shaping the School of Business\u2019 growth and success. She is also dedicated to research, which focuses on Management Information Systems (MIS), highlighting interorganizational knowledge sharing and networking.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"680\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/Jing-photo-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"Professor Jing\" class=\"wp-image-4476\" style=\"width:515px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/Jing-photo-1024x680.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/Jing-photo-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/Jing-photo-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.clarku.edu\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/Jing-photo.jpg 1179w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Zhang has been a prominent figure at CUSB, serving as a professor, Academic Associate Dean, Director of the Master of Science in Business Analytics program, and now Interim Dean of the School of Business.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Zhang on What Excites Her About This Role:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cStudent success is at the center of everything we do at CUSB. I am most excited about working on initiatives that will put us on the right track for student success.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Zhang on What Sets CUSB apart:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe are committed to developing professionals, who will lead with integrity, who understand the broader impact of their decisions, and who are equipped to drive meaningful impact in their organizations and community.\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Her Favorite Thing About Clark<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cClark is small place with big heart, challenging convention and changing the world. I like the fact that we locally engaged and globally connected.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Fun Fact:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Did you know our Dean is a six-time Boston Marathon finisher?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Zhang\u2019s Priorities and Aspirations for CUSB:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cOne of the priorities is to make sure the relevance of our program offering that is AI infused and AI empowered.<\/em>  <em>CUSB is nimble and adaptable, working with a group of collaborative faculty, staff, and students is something I mostly looking forward to\u201d.<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re spotlighting the leadership of our business school in various posts this month.
