Dynamic and fast-paced, the company had me delve into metadata, shaping vital decisions through visualization, data exploration, and data modeling. Collaborating across teams, I honed skills and harnessed cutting-edge technology, deepening my grasp of enterprise-technology fusion. Little Caesar\u2019s hands-on learning ignited a passion for data\u2019s role in driving business success and solidified my aspiration to steer businesses to success by harnessing the power of data-based intelligence!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ellie Hodgkin This summer I had the opportunity to work for NAPA Auto Parts, an amazing company with even better people. As their HR intern, I gained invaluable experiences that I will take with me into my next role and life in general. I was able to further my knowledge of all aspects of HR, including employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, policies, and more. This internship helped me discover my passion for the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not only did I learn, but I was also able to grow by making life-long, meaningful connections. It was truly a transformative summer, and I was able to grow both professionally and personally!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tracy Nguyen I am beyond grateful to have spent this summer interning for Takeda Pharmaceuticals within the Digital and Omnichannel Engagement Department on the Marketing Excellence Team. It was a pleasure being able to contribute to such impactful projects focused on enhancing the patient experience. I gained such a unique perspective into a world-class and patient-focused pharmaceutical company, while also being provided guidance and hands-on professional experience to start off my career and further develop my expertise. It was an honor to work for such a supportive and values-driven corporation and I would like to thank Takeda for allowing me the opportunity to grow and develop as a young professional!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shambhavi Dhakal I\u2019ve always loved marketing and have been a student of marketing analytics, but working in a government office was a new experience. With the City of Worcester, I got to see firsthand all that goes into large event organization – from drafting proposals, to managing permits and vendor applications, to working the event and then analyzing the data derived from it once it\u2019s over so as to make adjustments for new events to follow.
