Favorite Clark Memory:
One of my most meaningful and rewarding experiences at Clark was being a Student Tutor and Peer Learning Assistant. These roles not only allowed me to support fellow students in their academic journeys but also helped me discover a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring. I enjoyed breaking down concepts for students and creating an encouraging learning environment. These moments shaped my time at Clark and also inspired me to consider how teaching and mentorship might play a role in my future.
What Advice Would You Give to Younger Clark Students?
To younger Clark students, I strongly recommend taking classes that will push you outside of your comfort zone. This Spring semester I decided to take Marketing to You (M2U). Heading into M2U’s seventh “season,” I knew that I would have to present relative marketing topics every class, which as an introvert, seemed daunting. But by the time the fifth class came to a close, I gained so much confidence in public speaking and networking.
The most challenging courses are often the most rewarding, and they just might open a door to a new passion, skill, or career path.

Name: Wynne Dromey
Major/Minor: Double major in Marketing and Studio Art, with a minor in Entrepreneurship
Hometown: Longmeadow, Massachusetts
What’s Next: Completing an internship at the Vermont Studio Center and then earning my MBA at Clark.
Favorite Clark Memory:
Participating in the Clark Tank Venture Development Competition and winning $2,000 for my business, Colors of the Wynned, during my freshman year was most definitely a highlight from my time at Clark. The support and skills I got through that experience led me to continuing my business today and considering how art plays a role in social impact as well as social entrepreneurship.
What Advice Would You Give to Younger Clark Students?
One of the best things you can do with your time is set up meetings with alumni who are pursuing something that sounds interesting to you. Ask them what led them to continuing this career and what they like/dislike about it.
Volunteer in the Worcester community!! You are so lucky to be a part of such a wonderful community! Ask yourself how you can give back.

Favorite Clark Memory:
By far, my favorite memory at Clark has been being a member of the Women’s Soccer team! Being a part of this team has not only presented me with so many opportunities, but it also allows me to continually surround myself with other young women who are constantly challenging me to do my best, and shaping me into a better person every day. I wouldn’t trade being on this team and all the friendships it has brought me throughout the athletics program for anything.
What Advice Would You Give to Younger Clark Students?
Clark has so many awesome opportunities and clubs for students to get involved in and I think it is so important that students take advantage of this! Not only does it allow you to meet new friends, but throughout my experience at Clark, being involved in multiple clubs or programs has allowed me to grow a huge network and really set my resume apart from other students.
Get involved in everything and don’t say no to new opportunities!
