Arriving on Campus: Students Entering Spring 2016
Residence halls will open for new first-year and transfer students at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2016. Students moving in on that date will receive detailed information about orientation in separate emails from Clark.
Live 500+ miles from campus?
New students who live 500 or more miles from Clark may request permission to arrive on campus a day early on Saturday, January 16 2016. To request permission, please contact Jessica Looney by January 1.
For those students receiving permission, residence halls will open at noon on January 16 2016. Please pick up your key at the Residential Life and Housing Office located at 151 Woodland Street.
Important: Please note that this allowance is only free for new students living 500 or more miles away so they can be here in time for orientation. In subsequent years, all students are invited to arrive the day before classes begin. Early/extended housing is available in subsequent years for a daily fee.
Participating in an early orientation program?
If you are participating in International Orientation, the International Students and Scholars Office will invite you to arrive early, and will contact you directly to coordinate your arrival time.
Listed here are some hotels in the Worcester area that you may wish to contact if you need to arrive before your scheduled arrival date, or need housing for family or friends.
