Arriving on Campus: Students Entering Spring 2015
Residence halls will open for new first-year and transfer students at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2015. Students moving in on that date will receive detailed information about orientation in separate emails from Clark.
Live 500+ miles from campus?
New students who live 500 or more miles from Clark may request permission to arrive on campus a day early on Saturday, January 10, 2015. To request permission, please contact Adam Keyes (email@example.com) by January 1. For those students receiving permission, residence halls will open at 12:00 noon on January 10, 2015. Please pick up your key at the Residential Life and Housing Office located at 151 Woodland Street (Formerly 22 Downing Street).
Important: Please note that this allowance is only free for new students living 500 or more miles away so they can be here in time for orientation. In subsequent years all students are invited to arrive the day before classes begin. Early/extended housing is available in subsequent years for a daily fee.
