SENIOR CLASS TRIP 2009 - CRUISE OF THE BAHAMAS!!!
Trip Information
Who: Clark Seniors
When: Friday, May 8th - Monday, May 11th, 2009. Please note that seniors will be able to participate in both the trip and Senior Week.
What & Where:
Three-night cruise of the Bahamas with your fellow Seniors aboard one of Royal Caribbean's luxury cruise ships. Departing from Port Canaveral, the ship will cruise to the Bahamas making stops in Nassau and CocoCay, Royal Caribbean's private island.

Price:
The cost is $800.00 and includes roundtrip airfare to Florida, ground transportation, and the three-night cruise. ALL FOOD while on board is also included in the price (full breakfast/ lunch/ dinner and snacks). Some daily activities and nightly entertainment is included. You may add individual traveler's insurance for an additional cost. Please note: This price is subject to change due to possible unforeseen fuel surcharges affecting the flight and cruise. The current cost allows for a small increase without additional charge and students will be notified immediately of any additional charges.
Registration:
You will find a registration form for the Senior Class Trip placed in your mailbox upon your return to Clark this fall. To secure your spot on the Senior Class Trip, please complete the registration form and return it to the Office of Student Leadership & Programming with an initial deposit of $75.00 by Wednesday, September 10th. Please note that the registrations received after September 10th may be subject to an additional fee as the $800.00 price may only be available for a defined period of time.

Don't delay! Send you registration form! A minimum initial deposit of $75 and a signed payment contract is due by Wednesday, September 10th, 2008. After that, all registered participants will be able to pay for their trip through a series of monthly payments of just $75 (September-May) due on the 10th of each month. A one time payment of $200 is required and can be made any time before February (this replaces that month's $75 charge). Final payment is due on or before Friday, May 1st. Participants may pay-off the balance of their trip at any time throughout the payment schedule. All payments are non-refundable.
ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED!!! Checks should be made payable to "Clark University".
All payments will be collected by the Office of Student Leadership & Programming on behalf of Sullivan Travel.

Rooms:
We have secured a mix of both ocean view and inside cabins.
Cabins will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (so get your registration forms and deposit in ASAP).
The number of people per room varies (double, triple, quad).
Preference as to the size of room will also be given on a first-come first-served basis.
You will be able to pick your roommates once each roommate has registered for the trip.
