Description: Metal Minds' Hour pays homage to all things metal!! If it has kick ass vocals, shredding guitars, and non stop attacking drums, then you will hear it on our show. The Metal Minds' Hour is a show for any type of metal fan, whether you are into mainstream metal, underground metal, thrash, death metal, or even nu metal, and promises to destroy!!!! The show is co-hosted by Zach Shaw and Mike Skowrenek and is on every Saturday night at 8 pm!!!

Interests: LOVE MUSIC!!! Mostly metal and rock, but am a sucker for anything melodic! Love comedy and a good movie. Love playing guitar. Enjoy hanging out with friends and goofing around.

Skills: I play guitar in the band The Way Out Is Through (www.myspace.com/thewayoutisthroughrocks or find us on Facebook). I am an Eboard member of CCN (Channel 11). I am a music nerd and know a lot of trivia about music (try me, I dare you!!).

First Record: Damn.tough one. First record I ever got would have to be...it was either Kid Rock’s American Badass on cassette or Red Hot Chilli Peppers’ Californication on cassette (guess which one Im ashamed of, Ill give you a clue: IM AN AMERICAN BADASS!!! Haha yea I am embarrassed). The cds that changed my life at a young age though would be Ozzy Osbourne’s Ozzman Commeths-Greatest Hits, Metallica’s Kill Em All and anything from Guns N Roses and Alice Cooper. The two albums that changed me as a musician today would be System of a Down’s Mesmerize and Avenged Sevenfold’s City of Evil. And the rest is history!!

Why I rock you (we love puns): Because as I rock you, I'll do it to the song Rock You Like A Huricane!!!! Kinky I know.
