How do I gain admittance to the events in the package that I’ve chosen?

We will provide you with a wristband when you check in at the Academic Commons in Goddard Library. Your wristband will gain you admittance to the events in your package.


Where do I pick up my room assignment?

Stop by the Reunion Housing desk in the Academic Commons on the first floor of the Goddard Library after picking up your Reunion materials to receive your room assignment, keys and key cards.


Which residence hall will I be assigned to?

Each reunion class is assigned to a specific hall. Once designated-class areas are filled, room assignments are made on a space-available basis.


What are the on-campus housing options?

Single rooms contain one twin bed and are $75 per night. A traditional double has two twin beds and a shared bathroom for all residents of the floor and is $100 per night.


What if I don’t want to stay on campus?

Alumni who plan to stay off-campus during Reunion Weekend should call the hotel of their choice directly. We do have a limited block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn beginning Thursday, 5/18 through Sunday, 5/21.

Is transportation provided from the hotels to campus?

The Hilton Garden Inn provides a shuttle from the hotel that will go to Clark’s campus.


What is the suggested dress attire for Reunion events?

Friday Night Dinner: "Smart casual"
Saturday Picnic: Casual-shorts, jeans, T-shirts
Saturday Evening Class Dinners: A suit or jacket with tie for men; Dress, skirt or pantsuit for women
Recent Graduate Dinners: "Smart casual"
Dancing Under the Stars: Casual


What if I need to cancel part/all of my reservation?

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reunion reservation, please notify the Office of Alumni and Friends Engagement at alumni@clarku.edu or 800-793-6246.

If you have any questions regarding your Reunion registration, simply stop by the Reunion Registration desk, located in the Academic Commons on the First Floor of the Goddard Library.


How do I register?

Register online here. Please check in at the Academic Commons at the Goddard Library when you arrive to campus.


What is the $10 registration fee?

A $10 registration fee is required for those who don’t purchase a package but would still like to attend the other events offered during Reunion Weekend. This $10 fee covers expenses associated with those events.


What is Camp Clark?

Camp Clark is a childcare service provided on Friday and Saturday evening so you can enjoy the planned events. Food and entertainment will be provided for children by current Clark students. Children must be ages 5 to 10 and be fully toilet trained. Pre-registration is required.


What is the 50-Year Package?

This rate is available for alumni from the classes of 1921 through 1967. Alumni and spouses pay a special $67 per person rate, which covers meals and activities. Accommodations (on-campus housing and hotels), and athletic events are NOT included in the package rate.
