U.S. Congressional Serial Set Digital Edition, 1817-1980 (including American State Papers, 1789-1838) The authoritative digital edition that includes every publication from the 15th through the 96th Congresses, totaling more than 10 million pages. The U.S. Congressional Serial Set, 1817-1980 has proven invaluable to the research of U.S. political, social, cultural, military and ethnic history, as well as international relations, explorations, genealogy, commerce, industrial development and much more. Its contents come not only from the U.S. Congress, but also include key Executive Department publications. Beginning with Volume 1 in the first session of the 15th Congress (1817), the Readex U.S. Congressional Serial Set, 1817-1980 contains all publications from the 15th through the 96th Congresses. International Encyclopedia of the Social and Behavioral Sciences
This Encyclopedia is the first attempt in a generation to map the social and behavioral sciences on a grand scale. Not since the publication in 1968 of the International Encyclopedia of the Social Sciences, edited by David L. Sills, has there been such an ambitious project to describe the state of the art in all the fields encompassed within the social and behavioral sciences. Available in both print (26 volumes) and online editions, it comprises 4,000 articles, commissioned by 52 Section Editors, and includes 90,000 bibliographic references as well as comprehensive name and subject indexes.

The Encyclopedia of Public Administration and Public Policy provides detailed coverage of watershed policies and decisions from such fields as privatization, biomedical ethics, education, and diversity. This second edition features a wide range of new topics, including military administration, government procurement, social theory, and justice administration in developed democracies. It also addresses current issues such as the creation of the Department of Homeland Security and covers public administration in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Pacific, and Latin America.
Focused on the arts and humanities, the Arts & Sciences III Collection will contain a minimum of 120 titles at completion. In early 2003, the collection made available over 70 journals covering language and literature, music and the history and study of art and architecture. The completed collection will include additional titles in these fields as well as cultural studies, film, folklore, performing arts, and religion. The collection will be complete by the end of 2005

Two new online journal resources:
Expanding upon the
multi-disciplinary journals found in our popular JSTOR Arts and Sciences I,
the new JSTOR II collection provides full-text access to an additional 122
titles. The journals, which are covered from their conception until the late
1990s, are from the areas of African-American studies, African studies,
anthropology, Asian studies, archeology, classical studies, economics,
education, geography, history, history of science, language and literature,
Latin American Studies, mathematics, Middle East Studies, philosophy,
political science, population studies, Slavic studies, sociology, and
statistics. These new titles have been integrated into the Arts and
Sciences I collection.
PsycARTICLES provide online full-text access to all of the journals published by the American Psychological Association as well as to a selection of journals from the Canadian Psychological Association and Hugrefe and Huber Publishers from 1988 to the present. Over 50 peer-reviewed journals are included in this database for a total of nearly 31,500 articles.
