Dr. Robert Hutchings Goddard

Dr. Robert H. Goddard (October 5, 1882 - August 10, 1945) is best known for being the father of modern rocketry. Because of his pioneering theoretical and experimental research, Dr. Goddard created many techniques that are still used in rockets.

This site about Dr. Goddard contains over a dozen web pages. Use the Additional Resources menu to the right to access these pages. The pages include drawings of rockets, lists of published items written by and about him, photos of his diary, and other information about him. We also have a digital collection of some of Robert Goddard's most requested or most important materials.  We hope that you find these pages interesting and useful.
