University Policies

Reporting Policy Violations

All members of the University community are expected to report suspected policy violations to appropriate University personnel or offices. If you feel that a specific policy is being violated, please:

  1. Contact University Police if you are threatened or feel unsafe (examples include harassing phone and/or e-mail messages)
  2. Review the Clark policy in question to find out if a specific reporting protocol has been established, or if a specific University official or office contact is recommended.
  3. If after reviewing the policy you are still unclear as to who you should report a suspected policy violation to, please use the following table as a guide.
