How Long Should I Study Abroad
If you've decided to study abroad, a number of programs will give you the choice of going for one semester or an entire year. Please note that at some foreign universities, Clark credit is given only for year-long programs.
If you can, you should consider going abroad for the entire year. Needless to say, there is so much more to learn and experience during an entire academic year. In making your decision, you have to consider a number of factors – such as major requirements, financial considerations, cultural adjustment, family and friends, to name a few. Most importantly, you should consider how your semester or year abroad fits into your program of studies here at Clark.
