After-Admission Information
All students supported by Clark have approximately 10 days to secure their places by submitting a US$300.00 deposit and a signed statement to participate to the Study Abroad Office. This is not an additional fee and is applied directly to the student's account.
You will be receiving a Letter of Approval from Clark as well as information from your specific program. It is very important to read these letters and handbooks carefully. They contain important steps to guide you through pre-departure, including course selection, housing, preparation, etc. There will be additional forms to complete for both Clark and the overseas institution/program provider.
In addition, you must attend two pre-departure meetings: A general meeting for all students going abroad, and a session specific to your own program. Dates and times will be announced by email.
Note: The above does not apply to the May Term in Luxembourg or the Prague/Terezin Summer program.
