Classes that are not scheduled within recognized time blocks may be scheduled in the “OPEN” time block providing the instructor polls his/her class concerning conflicts and 3-in-a-row

situations, and is willing to provide a make-up exam if such a situation occurs. University policy does not allow, without student approval, a situation where a student is required to take three examinations in a row. Instructors should avoid creating a situation of this type.
