Clark University students participate in Just Do It Day on April 5

More than 150 Clark University students participated in the sixth annual "Just Do It Day" on Saturday, April 5.

Clark students worked at over a dozen sites throughout the City, including the Worcester Housing Authority, St. Vincent's Hospital, the Main South CDC and Friendly House. They helped with projects ranging from outdoor clean-ups to indoor painting. Participants in Clark's All Kinds of Girls Program, helped make cards for local hospitals and paint flowerpots for nursing home residents.

The afternoon ended with music in the Grind and food from local restaurants One Love Cafe and Webster House.

"I was so excited to see the day run smoothly and see Clarkies enjoying working with and investing in their community. This event has become a favorite of many and has become one of mine as well," said Kristen A Domurad '08, who coordinated the event.
